Where are the cookies made?

At our shop in George street, Hastings.

when will i receive my order?

All our cookies are baked to order and not in advance. We make them, cure them for 24hours then they are baked fresh before shipping them to you.

We start fulfilling your orders from the following Monday to Thursday on a first ordered bases.

How are they stored/served?

Best enjoyed on the day of delivery for maximum freshness.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room tempereture.

Freeze on day of delivery in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

Serving

Room Tempereture: Enjoy them as they come or preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and reheat for 5 minutes OR microwave for 15-30 seconds OR airfry 160 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.

Frozen: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius & bake for 10 -11 minutes or until warmed through.

Do you do Vegan and Gluten free cookies?

No, sadly not at the moment.

CAN I CHANGE/Cancel MY ORDER?

Unfortunately not. We aren’t able to make any changes to flavours, bundle type & size, deliveries address or cancel orders or return.

Do i need to be in for deliveries?

Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as we do not offer refunds for failed delivery attempts as cookies are perishable.

Do you ship Internationally?
