Meet our founder

  • Hi, I'm Momo, a Palestinian refugee from Syria. Despite the challenges, I actually became a vet before fleeing my country. Now settled in the UK since 2019, Inspired by my late father's entrepreneurial spirit, I started my food journey in the UK.

    I have been through many ups and downs and tried many different ventures; from teaching cookery classes, working for and as a private chef, catering for weddings and festivals and all sort of events, to taking over a restaurant in 2023.

    This journey is shaping my career in ways I never imagined but I am always proud and eager to learn and grow. No one knows what tomorrow is hiding for them. So let’s explore together.

  • At our shop in George street, Hastings.

  • All our cookies are baked to order and not in advance. We make them, cure them for 24hours then they are baked fresh before shipping them to you.

    We start fulfilling your orders from the following Monday to Thursday on a first ordered bases.

  • Best enjoyed on the day of delivery for maximum freshness.

    Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room tempereture.

    Freeze on day of delivery in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

    Serving

    Room Tempereture: Enjoy them as they come or preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and reheat for 5 minutes OR microwave for 15-30 seconds OR airfry 160 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.

    Frozen: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius & bake for 10 -11 minutes or until warmed through.
